Vote or shut up
Is it me? Or does it seem like this current campaign has been grinding on for four years now? But not to worry. Next week it will be all over. One side can begin a long celebration, the other can start blaming every problem, including locusts and veneral disease, on the sitting president. Politics as usual.
My prediction: voting numbers will be at a 40 year high, if it’s not a record breaking turnout. There’s been too much hype; there’s too much at stake and there’s too much passion for both candidates. You can’t kiss Obama or McCain on the lips because Secret Service types get all weird about it. Your only recourse is to vote for your guy so that this does not happen to you.

I agree – this has been one loooongggg campaign & I’ll be glad when it’s over. Voted via absentee ballot since I’m out of town & I did it only once & legally!!! There’s a new approach. What annoys me is when people gripe about the political situation but do nothing about it. My in-laws – both in their mid 70s yap away about EVERYTHING – yet they have never voted in their lives. They get no sympathy from me. I’m afraid poor old Cotton is down double digits – not looking good.

Frank Cotton still has a thing or two up his sleeve.
LaFlamme could never be president. Not with that felony conviction.

Has anyone suggested to Calvin yet that it might be a good idea to shut off the heater in the car???
Today’s polls show Cotton down by 7 points now.

I agree with NewsFlash - If Cotton wins & word leaks out about that leaking corpse – there’ll be hell to pay. Frank is up in the polls & closing in. Cashman & Orp are doing their part.

My daughter and son-in-law both sent me that video. I’m planning on voting Tuesday and dragging my son with me to do his civic duty. I plan on watching cartoons election night because they’ll make more sense than the people spouting the results om national tv.
